同一IPから短期間に複数postされる場合、アクセスは一定期間ロックされ該当IPからの投稿は全て削除されます
（BBSに限らず全体のアクセス遮断設定に変更を加え負荷軽減へ貢献）
・３連続以上の改行は削除され整形されます
・投稿は30日後に自動で削除されます

Upon checking the access logs, it appears direct visits from other sites were recorded, so referrers seem to be an effective method.
Tokens also appear to be effective.

You should do a Referer Check. It stops "Lazy" bots that just hit your BBS script directly without even loading your site.
You should also add a CSRF Token. Bots can't just send a POST request to your URL from their own server; they must visit your site first to get a valid token.
This prevents the issue (that I'm guessing) you were having earlier.
